Are you hiring seamstresses?
Yes! If you'd like to sew for WLL please go to the contact page or email hello@wildflowerlibertyleague.com. We are looking for talented detailed oriented seamstresses that would like to work from home.

Why are the dolls sold out?
They are handmade in small batches! If you would like to get first dibs on new stock or preorders, please sign up for the newsletter below.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes. See the shop page or go to the contact page to send a message.

Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes. Email hello@wildflowerlibertyleague.com and put "wholesale" in the subject line, with information and/or a link to your shop. We'll email you back a password to access our wholesale page.

How quickly will my order ship?
We try our best to process your order quickly! Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. If you need your order rush shipped please pay for Priority shipping or email us for an expedited shipping quote.

Do you pay for shipping insurance?
We do not pay for shipping insurance. If you would like shipping insurance please reach out before your purchase or right after your order is placed and we will send an invoice for the insurance costs. WLL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, we can not guarantee a specific delivery date or tracking. WLL is not responsible for customs fees or customs delays.

What's the return policy?
Because the dolls and clothes are handmade in small batches, all sales are final. If you have a question or concern, please reach out to us. We want all of our customers to love their WLL product.

How do I clean a WLL doll?
We recommend spot cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. This will help your doll last for many years.

What if a WLL doll needs mending?
Sometimes play adventures can get a bit wild. If your doll ever needs mending, please contact us and together we'll figure out what's best for your doll.
